| 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和数据编程法，探讨区块链如何赋能运动健康数据资产交易。运动健康数据资产交易是指组织机构与个体用户将具备创造经济利益的经济资源特征和经济所有权权属特征，并且其价值和成本可计量的运动健康数据资源，进行价值交换、互通有无的行为。然而，当前运动健康数据资产交易面临着资产权属模糊、定价困难以及流转受阻等挑战。区块链赋能运动健康数据资产交易的实现机理主要为通过分布式账本界定运动健康数据产权、共识算法规范运动健康数据资产定价、智能合约推动运动健康数据资产流转。为构建区块链赋能的运动健康数据资产交易系统，需要完成对框架体系与技术方案的配套设计，并最终以Hyperledger Fabric为底层架构搭建实验环境，以测试运动健康数据资产交易系统在运作过程中的有效性与稳定性。基于此，提出加强算法监管、加快要素市场改革、完善多元治理体系、打造数据联盟平台的运动健康数据资产交易推进路径。 |

| Using the methods of literature, expert interview and data programming, this paper discusses how blockchain empowers sports health data asset transactions. Sports health data asset transaction refers to the behavior that organizations and individual users will have the characteristics of economic resources and economic ownership that create economic benefits, and their value and cost can be measured. However, the current sports health data asset transaction faces challenges such as ambiguous asset ownership, pricing difficulties, and blocked circulation. The realization mechanism of blockchain sports health data asset transactions is mainly to define the property rights of sports health data through distributed ledgers, standardize the pricing of sports health data assets through consensus algorithms, and promote the circulation of sports health data assets through smart contracts. In order to build a blockchain-empowered sports health data asset trading system, it is necessary to complete the supporting design of the framework system and technical scheme, and finally build an experimental environment with Hyperledger Fabric as the underlying architecture to test the effectiveness and stability of the sports health data asset trading system in the operation process. Based on this, this paper puts forward the promotion path of sports health data asset transaction by strengthening algorithm supervision, accelerating factor market reform, improving multi-governance system and building data alliance platform. |
