| 党的二十届三中全会为进一步全面深化体育领域改革、加快推进体育强国建设指明了方向。必须全面理解和把握“进一步”的深刻内涵，更加有效推动体育改革至深至远。“进一步”意味着更高水平的全面深化体育改革，要密切围绕全民健身、竞技体育、体育产业、体育文化、体育对外交流与合作等领域集中发力；意味着崭新内涵的全面深化体育改革，纷繁复杂的国际国内形势、新一轮科技革命和产业变革、人民群众的新期待对深化体育改革提出新要求；意味着更高要求的全面深化体育改革，必须坚持党对体育工作的领导，突出问题导向，以体育领域制度建设为主线，坚持依法治体，增强系统性、整体性、协同性；意味着更加突出重点的全面深化体育改革，需要推动体育高质量发展，一体推进体育领域教育、科技、人才发展，加快新质生产力赋能体育发展，促进城乡体育融合发展，实现体育与生态文明建设相得益彰。 |

| The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC has pointed out the direction for further comprehensive deepening of sports reform and accelerating the construction of sports power. It is important to fully understand and grasp the profound connotations of “further”, and to more effectively promote sports reform to the deepest and farthest reaches. “Further” means to deepen the reform of sports at a higher level, and to focus on the fields of national fitness, competitive sports, sports industry, sports culture, sports foreign exchange and cooperation; “further” means a new connotation of comprehensive deepening of sports reform, and the complicated international and domestic situation, the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial changes, and the new requirements for deepening sports reform which the new expectations of people have put forward; “further” means higher requirements for comprehensively deepening sports reform, which must adhere to the Party[DK]’s leadership of sports, highlight problem-oriented, focus on the construction of institutions in the field of sports, adhere to the rule of law, enhance the systematic, holistic and synergistic of sports reform; “further” means that to deepen the reform of sports in an all-round way with more emphasis, it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of sports, promote the development of education, science and technology and talents in the field of sports, speed up the development of sports empowered by new productivity, promote the integrated development of urban and rural sports, and realize the mutual benefit of sports and ecological civilization construction. |
