| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,探究当前学校体育家校社协同育人问题。认为,学校体育家校社协同育人是实现学生全面发展的有效途径,对教育质量提升具有现实意义。学校体育家校社协同育人面临着国家教育目标的战略指引、社会急剧变化的迫切需求、学校系列政策的接续支撑、个人成长方向的日益明晰等时代机遇,但也面临理念认识存在偏差、目标设置难以统一、政策体系有待严密、育人功能发挥不足等现实问题,为此提出凝聚价值理念共识、落实以体育人目标、完善政府顶层设计、强化主体育人功能等联动路径。 |

| By using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper explores the currentproblem of home-school-community collaborative parenting of school sports. It is believed that thehome-school-community collaborative parenting of school sports is an effective way to realize the allrounddevelopment of students, which is of practical significance to the improvement of educationquality. The home-school-community collaborative parenting of school sports is faced with the strategicguidance of national education objectives, the urgent needs of rapid social changes, the continuoussupport of school series policies, and the increasingly clear direction of personal growth. However, italso faces practical problems such as the deviation of concept understanding, the difficulty of unifyingthe goal setting, the need for strict policy system, and the lack of educational function. Therefore,this paper puts forward the linkage path of condensing the consensus of value concept, implementingthe goal of educating people through sports, improving the top-level design of the government, andstrengthening the function of the main sports people. |
