专业引领:体校参与中小学课后体育服务的可为、难为与何为

摘要:
运用文献资料法、实地调研法和访谈法,围绕体校参与中小学课后体育服务的相关问题进行探讨。认为,体校参与中小学课后体育服务能够提供专业的体育教育资源,增强学校体育资源供给; 丰富课后体育服务内容,满足学生个性化学习需求;推动体校改革进程,增加体育后备人才储备;避免陷入学科培训窠臼,维护课后服务教育公平。但也面临顶层设计不够,配套政策仍需健全;体校资源相对短缺,难以构筑常态化协同机制;监督管理缺失,服务质量不佳;师资素养亟需提升,培养机制有待完善等问题。为更好促进体校参与中小学课后体育服务,需加强顶层设计,夯实配套政策支撑;优化资源配置,探索多元参与模式,形成协同发展的良好局面;完善监管体系,保障课后体育服务的质量与效果;健全培训机制,提升师资的能力素养。

Professional Guidance: The Possibilities, Difficulties and Measuresfor Sport School Participating in After-School Sports Service

Abstract:
By using the methods of literature, field investigation and interview, this paper discusses the related problems of sports schools participating in after-school sports services in primary and secondaryschools. It is believed that the participation of sports schools in after-school sports services inprimary and secondary schools can provide professional sports education resources and enhance thesupply of school sports resources, enrich the content of after-school sports services to meet students’personalized learning needs, promote the reform process of sports schools and increase the reserve ofsports reserve talents, and avoid falling into the trap of subject training and maintain the fairness ofafter-school service education. However, it also faces several challenges, including insufficient topleveldesign, the need to improve supporting policies; a relative shortage of sports school resourcesmakes it difficult to establish a normalized collaboration mechanism; a lack of supervision and managementresults in subpar service quality; there is an urgent need to enhance the quality of teachingstaff, with training mechanisms requiring further refinement. In order to better promote the participationof sports schools in after-school sports services in primary and secondary schools, it is necessaryto strengthen top-level design, consolidate supporting policy support, optimize the allocation of resources,explore multiple participation models, form a good situation of coordinated development,improve the supervision system to ensure the quality and effect of after-school sports services, and improvethe training mechanism and enhance the ability of teachers.
