| 运用文献资料法、访谈法和对比分析法，以中美两国六所高校的啦啦队为调查对象，从参赛情况、表演活动、招生模式、训练模式、激励与奖励机制五个方面对比两国高校啦啦队的运作模式。指出，我国高校啦啦队注重参赛而美国注重表演；我国高校啦啦队招生更局限于体育专业和运动背景，而美国则面向全体学生；我国高校啦啦队的训练安排较美国而言，科学性和人性化不足；美国的奖励和激励制度更倾向于生活化和细节化。建议我国高校啦啦队结合项目特征，挖掘项目文化，多增加表演活动，拓宽经费来源，调整招生模式，完善奖励制度，营造有利于啦啦队发展的校园环境，形成可持续发展的运作模式，扩大啦啦队在校园和社会中的影响力。 |

| A Comparative Study of the Operation Models of Cheerleading Teams in Chinese and American Universities |

| By methods of literature, interview and comparative analysis, the cheerleading teams of six universities in China and the United States are taken as the survey object. The operation models of cheerleading teams in Chinese and American universities are compared from five aspects: participation in competitions, performance activities, enrollment model, training model, incentive and reward mechanism. It is pointed out that cheerleading teams in Chinese universities emphasize participation in competitions and cheerleading teams in American universities emphasize performances; its enrollment in China is more limited to sports majors with sports backgrounds, while the enrollment in the United States faces all students; the training arrangements in China are less scientific and humanized than that of the United States; The reward and incentive system in the United States is more inclined to lifelike and detailed style. It is suggested that cheerleading teams in Chinese universities combine its sport characteristics, explore its sport culture, increase performance activities, broaden funding sources, adjust enrollment models, improve reward system, create a favorable campus environment for cheerleading, form a sustainable development model, and expand the influence of cheerleading on campus and in the society. |
