| 运用文献资料法、实验法和统计分析法，对校级大学生体质健康检测体系进行研究。认为当前的校级监测体系存在重组织实施轻质量监管、重体质测试轻风险防控、重数据获得轻干预促进等问题，为此从测试和干预并重的理念出发，构建了涵盖两大体系的校级大学生体质监测干预体系，并经实验验证，能够有效促进大学生体质健康水平的提高。指出，新体系具有测试与体检联动、诊断与干预结合的特点，且具有小组协同、氛围营造、规范操作、干预到位等优点，具有广泛推广的价值。为充分发挥监测体系的促进功能、切实提升大学生体质提供参考。 |

| Research of the Reconstruction about the University Students’ Physical Health Monitoring System at the University level |

| Abstract: |
| This paper studies the physical health monitoring system of university students by means of literature, experiment and statistical analysis. It is believed that the current universitylevel monitoring system has the problems of overemphasizing implementation and ignoring quality supervision, overemphasizing physique tests and ignoring risk control, overemphasizing data obtainment and ignoring intervention for improvement. To solve these problems, this study starts from the concept of equalizing test and intervention, and constructs a physical monitoring and intervention system of university students, covering two subsystems. And after being proved by experimental tests, this system can effectively improve the physical health of university students. It is noted that the new system has the characteristics of interaction between test and physical examination, combining diagnosis with intervention, the advantages of group coordination, atmosphere construction, standard operation and superior intervention, and the value of extensive public promotion. This study aims at giving full play to the promotional role of the monitoring system, and providing references for improving the physical health of university students effectively. |
