Literature and logical analysis methods are used to sort out and make comments on the common borrowed words in Americanstyle physical strength training system. The results show that training methods, including training regulation principles based on General adaptation syndrome, block periodization theory, high intensity interval training(HIIT), Romanian deadlift, Bulgarian split squat, Russian twist, Turkish getup, Chinese Wushu and the Indian Yoga, are all embodiment of Americanstyle physical strength training absorbing foreign advanced ideas, techniques and cultural essence. Physical strength training system in USA is good at integration and innovation, and has obvious characteristics of pragmatism and utilitarianism. This study aims at further deepening the understanding of the structure, methods and thoughts of Americanstyle physical strength training system, and providing references for the practice of physical strength training in China. |
