| 太极拳与诗具有类似的表意方式，均由想象、隐喻等具身实践而构建出一种身体化的诗性知识。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从身体美学出发，深入挖掘太极拳身体化的诗性知识。太极拳以起承转合的诗性韵律、招式有度的诗性思维、生命关照的诗性精神，共同构建出一个多维度的诗性知识结构。在审美表达上，“体物观化”的感性化身体、“感而遂通”的灵明化身体、“自由律动”的图式化身体、“生生不息”的艺术化身体等，深刻展现出太极拳身体化诗性知识的审美追求。强化诗性知识的审美路径，可以通过术语解码解读诗性语言的审美意蕴，通过演练优化训练诗性结构的美感韵律，通过技术重组强化诗性逻辑的实践美学，通过审美内化塑造诗性精神的美成之径。以“诗性”作为介质，太极拳呈现出独特的审美性与体验性等原始思维特征，成为美学研究的重要维度。研究不仅丰富了太极拳本身所固有的文化命脉和精神特质，更为身体美学的话语体系建构与路径创新提供了新的理论视角与方法论启示。 |

| Taijiquan and poetry have a similar way of expressing meaning, and both of them construct a kind of physical poetic knowledge through embodied practice such as imagination and metaphor. Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, starting from body aesthetics, this paper explores the poetic knowledge embodied in Taijiquan from the perspective of body aesthetics. Research has shown that Taijiquan, with its poetic rhythm of initiation, continuation, transition and conclusion, its poetic thinking of measured moves, and its poetic spirit of life care, jointly constructs a multi-dimensional poetic knowledge structure. In terms of aesthetic expression, the sensuous body of “perceiving and transforming objects”, the enlightened body of “understanding upon feeling”, the schematized body of “free rhythm”, and the artistic body of “endless vitality”, profoundly demonstrate the aesthetic pursuit of Taijiquan poetic knowledge embodied in the body. The aesthetic approach to strengthening poetic knowledge can be achieved through decoding terms to interpret the aesthetic implications of poetic language，practicing and optimizing to train the aesthetic rhythm of poetic structure; reorganizing techniques to enhance the practical aesthetics of poetic logic and internalizing aesthetics to shape the path to beauty of poetic spirit. By taking “poetic” as the medium, Taijiquan presents unique aesthetic and experiential characteristics of primitive thinking, which has become an important dimension of aesthetic research. This study not only enriches the inherent cultural heritage and spiritual traits of Taijiquan itself, but also provides new theoretical perspectives and methodological inspirations for the construction and path innovation of the discourse system of body aesthetics. |
