| 在供给侧结构性改革理念的引领下，探索符合时代要求的校园足球师资培养路径，已成为破解当前困境、推动校园足球事业持续健康发展的关键所在。当前，校园足球师资力量严重匮乏，无论是数量还是质量都不能满足校园足球发展需要；社会认知存在偏差，阻碍了校园足球师资培养；足球师资激励机制缺失，不利于吸引和留住人才；培训体系不完善，足球师资业务水平和综合素养难以提升。针对以上问题，以供给侧结构性改革为理念指引，提出加强足球师资力量建设、构建足球教育文化生态、完善足球师资激励机制、优化足球师资培训体系等培养路径，以期实现校园足球的可持续发展，进而推动我国足球事业高质量发展。 |

| Research on the Training Path of Campus Football Teachers under the Concept of Supply-Side Structural Reform |

| Under the guidance of the concept of supply-side structural reform, exploring the training path of campus football teachers in line with the requirements of the times has become the key to solving the current dilemma and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of campus football. At present, there is a serious shortage of campus football teachers, and neither the quantity nor the quality can meet the needs of campus football development. There is a deviation in social cognition, which hinders the training of campus football teachers; the lack of incentive mechanism for football teachers is not conducive to attracting and retaining talents; the training system is not perfect, and the professional level and comprehensive quality of football teachers are difficult to improve. In view of the above problems, guided by the concept of supply-side structural reform, this paper puts forward some training paths, such as strengthening the construction of football teachers, constructing the cultural ecology of football education, improving the incentive mechanism of football teachers, and optimizing the training system of football teachers, so as to realize the sustainable development of campus football and promote the high-quality development of football in China. |
