体育教师与学校教练员是体育立教之本和兴教之源。体教融合视域下,探究两者的共生关系,对推进学校体育师资队伍建设,促进学校体育高质量发展具有重要作用。运用文献资料法、实地调研法和逻辑分析法,基于共生理论视角,发现体育教师与学校教练员共生发展面临外部保障支持不力、内生供给动力不足、能量传导机制不畅、主体协同度低等问题。提出,应改善共生环境,营造正向生态;强化共生单元,提升服务水平;畅通共生界面,加速能量流通;优化共生模式,探寻特色共生。旨在促进两者共生发展。 |

The Realistic Examination and Proper Approach of the Symbiotic Development of Physical Education Teachers and School Coaches from the Perspective of the Integration of Sports and Education |

Abstract: |
Physical education teachers and school coaches are the foundation of physical education and the source of education. From the perspective of the integration of sports and education, this paper explores the symbiotic relationship between the two and plays an important role in promoting the construction of school physical education teachers and the high-quality development of school physical education. Using the methods of literature, field investigation and logical analysis, based on the perspective of symbiosis theory, it is found that the symbiotic development of physical education teachers and school coaches faces problems such as insufficient external support, insufficient endogenous supply power, poor energy transmission mechanism and low subject coordination. It is proposed that the symbiotic environment should be improved to create a positive ecology; strengthen the symbiotic unit and improve the service level; smooth the symbiotic interface, accelerate the flow of energy; optimize the symbiosis model and explore the characteristic symbiosis. It aims to promote the symbiotic development of the two. |
