体育用品制造企业数字化转型的动力、困境与策略

摘要:
运用文献资料、专家访谈、案例分析等研究方法,分析体育用品制造企业数字化的内涵,剖析其转型动力,并结合问题提出推进策略。认为,体育用品制造企业数字化转型是体育用品制造企业通过技术赋能业务活动向信息化、智能化、平台化方向发展,打造“以客户为中心”的产品供给与服务模式的过程,国家政策、技术创新、市场需求、企业理念变革是体育用品制造企业数字化转型的主要动力。针对体育用品制造企业数字化转型面临的技术创新不足与人才供给相对短缺、平台协同低效与信息资产流动受限、产品质量不高与企业竞争压力较大、制度供给不足与数字法规相对缺失等困境,提出:夯实数字基建,强化科技投入与人才培养;鼓励平台搭建,推动多方合作与业态创新;培育客户群体,重视产品质量与风险防范;完善顶层设计,健全体育法规与监管体系,旨在推进体育用品制造企业数字化顺利转型。

The Driving Force, Dilemma and Strategy of the Digital Transformation of Sports Goods Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract:
Using literature materials, expert interviews, case analysis and other research methods, this paper explores the connotation and power of the digital transformation of sports goods manufacturing enterprises, and put forward the promotion strategies combined with the problems. It is believed that the digital transformation of sports goods manufacturing enterprise is a sports manufacturing enterprises through technology assigned to business activities to the direction of informatization, intelligent, platform, build "customer-centered" process of product supply and service mode, national policy, technological innovation, market demand, enterprise concept change is the main driving force of the digital transformation of sports goods manufacturing enterprises. In view of the shortage of technological innovation, relative shortage of talent supply, low efficiency of information assets, low product quality, high competition pressure, insufficient system supply and lack of digital regulations, it proposes to consolidate digital infrastructure and technology investment, strengthen the cultivation of talents; encourage platform construction, promote multi-party cooperation and business innovation; cultivate customer groups, pay attention to product quality and risk prevention; improve the top-level design, improve sports laws and regulations and supervision system to promote the digital transformation of sports goods manufacturing enterprises.
