| 随着社会发展与互联网技术变革,以往人们依托于单位与社区开展的属地化群众体育活动逐渐向外延伸,呈现出一种脱域化的群众体育活动自组织特征。在传统的体育“组织化”机制瓦解后,网络体育组织依靠各大网络媒介为处于离散状态的体育人口提供了“再组织化”的可能与路径,在抽象的网络空间与广阔的社会空间中展现出一种自在、自治、自为的状态。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和实地调查法对我国网络体育组织进行分析,认为,社会原子化背景、现代信息技术变革、当前城市社区体育供需矛盾、个体选择行为理性化是网络体育组织形成的动因,在推动我国公民社会建设、促进社会和谐健康发展、带动体育产业、弘扬体育文化与精神等方面具有独特的价值。针对实践中网络体育组织面临的安全事故频发、资源获取障碍与法治建设滞后等问题,提出应内外双向助力,共同推动网络体育组织安全平衡发展;深化组织改革,发挥正式体育组织的吸纳效应;探寻合法身份,加强网络体育组织的法治建设。 |

| Realistic Picture and Future Prospect of Network Sports Organization Development in China |

| Abstract: |
| With the development of society and the change of internet technology, the localized mass sports activities carried out by people relying on workplaces and communities in the past have gradually extended outward, showing a “decentralized” self-organizing feature of mass sports activities. After the collapse of the traditional sports “organization” mechanism, online sports organizations rely on major network media to provide the possibility and path of “re-organization” for the sports population in a discrete state, showing a state of freedom, autonomy and self-sufficiency in abstract cyberspace and broad social space. By using the methods of literature, logical analysis and field investigation, this paper analyzes the network sports organizations in China. It is believed that the background of social atomization, the reform of modern information technology, the current contradiction between supply and demand of urban community sports, and the rationalization of individual choice behavior are the motivations for the formation of network sports organizations. It has unique value in promoting the construction of civil society in China, promoting the harmonious and healthy development of society, driving the sports industry, and promoting sports culture and spirit. In view of the problems faced by network sports organizations in practice, such as frequent safety accidents, obstacles to resource acquisition and lagging behind the construction of the rule of law, it is proposed that internal and external two-way assistance should be promoted to jointly promote the safe and balanced development of network sports organizations; we should deepen the organizational reform, play the absorption effect of formal sports organizations; we should explore the legal identity and strengthen the rule of law construction of network sports organizations. |
