| 在人民群众对幸福美好生活需求日益增长的背景下,北京市体育与文化的融合发展趋势明显,体育产业文化赋能已成为北京市体育产业发展的重要方向,并具有重大发展前景。采用文献资料法、调查法和历史研究法,对北京市体育产业文化赋能问题进行研究,认为北京市体育产业文化赋能有利于延长产业链条,迸发多元经济活力;有利于明确体育产业定位,增强辐射效应与带动能力;有利于盘活双奥城市体育文化资源,破除对北京体育文化的固有印象。但是北京市体育产业文化赋能在部门协调和体育文化创意嵌入方面还存在不足,未来应该把握后冬奥契机,推进冰雪文化赋能体育产业创新发展;强化科技引领,以高新科技助力体育产业文化赋能;加强政策引导,多方位推进体育产业文化赋能快速发展;推动体育文化创新融合发展,开发更多大众喜闻乐见的文体活动形式。旨在为实现北京乃至其他地区体育产业可持续发展提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Under the background of the increasing demand of the people for a happy life, the integration and development trend of sports and culture in Beijing is obvious. The cultural empowerment of sports industry has become an important direction of the development of sports industry in Beijing and has great development prospects.By using the methods of literature, investigation and historical research, this paper studies the cultural empowerment of Beijing ’s sports industry, and believes that the cultural empowerment of sports industry in Beijing is conducive to extending the industrial chain and bursting out the vitality of diversified economy;it is conducive to clarifying the positioning of the sports industry and enhancing the radiation effect and driving ability; it is conducive to invigorating the sports culture resources and getting rid of the inherent impression sports culture of Beijing.However, there are still deficiencies in the cultural empowerment of sports industry in Beijing in terms of departmental coordination and the embedding of sports cultural creativity. In the future, we should seize the opportunity of the post Winter Olympics to promote the innovative development of the sports industry empowered by ice and snow culture, strengthen the guidance of science and technology, and help the cultural empowerment of the sports industry with high and new technology; we should strengthen policy guidance and promote the rapid development of cultural empowerment of sports industry in multiple directions; we should promote the innovative and integrated development of sports culture, and develop more popular forms of cultural and sports activities. It aims to provide reference for the sustainable development of sports industry in Beijing and other regions. |
