云南省体育中考“百分改革”问题分析与对策探讨

摘要:
云南省是目前全国唯一一个将中考体育分值提升至与语数外等同的100分的省份,以云南省体育中考为研究对象,通过大量调研、考证,对其目前存在的问题进行分析,旨在为其后续配套方案的制定与实施提供借鉴。通过对比分析发现,云南省中学生的身体素质与机能多项指标低于全国平均水平,而体育中考却出现与之不相符的高平均分及满分率结果,造成分值效能不高,应科学制定考试标准,使分数符合正态分布。受升学指挥棒影响,体育应试化问题逐渐显现,不利于学生的运动兴趣和专项技能培养,应出台配套方案,保障政策落地,对教学过程严格管控,同时充分调动学校、家长参与,从小学培养学生的体育兴趣。考虑到特殊学生群体的公平性问题,提出应分类讨论,区别对待,对于肥胖、瘦弱、矮小学生群体,按不同等级提供新的评价办法,对于残疾学生群体,提供专门的残疾人体质健康测试标准与方案。

Abstract:
Yunnan Province is the only province in the country to raise the sports score of the senior high school entrance examination to 100 points equivalent to the score of Chinese, math and English. Taking the sports test of senior high school entrance examination in Yunnan Province as the research object, through a large number of research and survey, this paper analyzes the existing problems, aiming at providing reference for the formulation and implementation of its subsequent supporting schemes. Through comparative analysis, it is found that many indicators of the physical quality and function of middle school students in Yunnan Province are lower than the national average level, but the results of high average score and full score rate are inconsistent with them in sports middle school entrance examination, resulting in low score efficiency.The examination standards should be formulated scientifically, so that the scores meet the normal distribution.It is necessary to scientifically formulate examination standards to make scores conform to normal distribution.Under the pressure of senior high school entrance examination, the examination-orientedproblem is gradually emerging, which is not conducive to students’ sports interest and special skills training. Supporting plans should be issued to ensure the implementation of policies, and the teaching process should be strictly controlled. At the same time, schools and parents should be fully mobilized to cultivate students’ sports interest from primary schools.Considering the fairness of special student groups, it is proposed that they should be classified and treated in different ways. For obese, thin and short students, new evaluation methods should be provided at different levels, and special physical health test standards and programs should be provided for disabled students.
