| 体育社会组织治理是体育社会组织发展中的焦点议题。运用文献资料法等研究方法，通过回顾和梳理我国体育社会组织治理历程，审视了高层项目协会探索“管办分离”、基层体育组织接受“双重管理”和草根体育社团实施“自我约束”的治理现状，指出我国体育社会组织面临相关立法不足、政府与体育社会组织合作治理不到位、体育社会组织自治能力不强等困境，提出加大政府职能转变和简政放权力度、激活体育社会组织社会孵化能力、提升体育社会组织自律水平和完善体育社会组织治理的保障条件等前景展望。 |

| The governance of sports social organization is the focus issue in the development of sports social organization.By literature and other research methods, this paper reviews and combs the governance process of China’s sports social organizations and examines the current governance situation of highlevel project associations exploring “separation of management from management”, grassroots sports organizations accepting “dual management” and grassroots sports organizations implementing “selfrestraint”.It also points out that China’s sports social organizations are faced with the dilemma of relevant legislation deficiency, unfulfillment of the cooperation between the government and sports social organizations and incapacity of sports social organization autonomy. It puts forward the prospect of increasing the transformation of government functions and simplifying administration and delegating power, activating the social incubation ability of sports social organizations, improving the selfdiscipline level of sports social organizations and the guarantee conditions of sports social organization governance. |
