体育免费师范生职业认同与工作满意度的 关系研究

摘要:
对95名已毕业的体育免费师范生进行访谈和调查,研究体育免费师范生的职业认同和工作满意度及其相互关系。结果表明:体育免费师范生对职业的认同度总体来说较高,四个因子中职业价值观认同度最高,角色价值观认同度最低;体育免费师范生对工作的满意度不高,主要由工作强度和工资收入导致;体育免费师范生的教师职业认同与工作满意度之间呈显著正相关,并且工作满意度能够被职业认同预测,其中预测力最高的是角色价值观。建议提高体育免费师范生的角色价值观,改革体育免费师范生培养方案,并尝试使用激励手段,不断提高体育免费师范生的职业认同和工作满意度。

Research on the Relationship between Professional Recognition and Job Satisfaction of Free tuition Normal Graduates of Physical Education

Abstract:
In this study, ninety five normal university graduates of Physical Education are interviewed and surveyed to make a research on the relationship between their professional recognition and job satisfaction. The results shows that their overall professional recognition is relative high. Among the four factors, recognition of professional value sense is the highest while recognition of role value sense is lowest. Their job satisfaction remains at a low level due to the heavy workload and low income. Their professional recognition and job satisfaction have significant positive correlation and job satisfaction could be predicted by professional recognition with the highest prediction from role value sense. It is recommended that the graduates’ role value sense should be enhanced, the teaching plans of normal university students of Physical Education should be innovated, and some stimulation policies should be taken to continuously improve the professional recognition and lob satisfaction of freetuition normal graduates of Physical Education.
