手机运动软件测量健身走、跑能量消耗 准确性的研究

摘要:
目的:比较不同手机运动软件测量人体在进行不同速度周期性运动时的能耗差异,为广大运动爱好者在选择手机运动软件时提供参考依据。方法:选取四川师范大学体育学院学生32名。受试者佩戴手机并同时开启动动、乐动力、咕咚三款手机运动软件,分别以4 km/h、6 km/h、8 km/h、10 km/h的速度进行5 min的走/跑运动。同时用间接侧热法K4b2测量受试者运动时的能耗。结果:①乐动力低估了实际能耗值,咕咚则高估了实际能耗值,但二者测量结果均比动动稳定。②4 km/h速度下,动动、乐动力、咕咚测得能耗值与校标测得能耗值的相关系数分别为0585、0552、0416,速度提高到10 km/h时,相关系数分别达到了0828、0845、0796(P<001)。③4种速度下(由慢到快),与K4b2一致性最好的运动软件分别为动动、乐动力、动动、咕咚。结论:手机运动软件不利于测量短距离周期性运动的能量消耗。不同运动软件对不同运动速度的能耗测量虽然存在差异,但仍能得出较为可靠的能耗信息。面对市场上众多的手机运动软件,使用者应根据运动需要有针对性地进行选择。

Study on the Accuracy of Energy Consumption of Walking and Running Measured by Mobile Phone Sport APPs

Abstract:
Objective: To compare the energy consumption of cyclical movement at different speeds measuring by various phone sports APPs, so as to provide a reference in the choice of mobile phone sport APPs for the majority of sports enthusiasts. Methods: 32 college students from School of Physical Education, Sichuan Normal University are selected. Tested students take the phone and turn on three mobile phone sport APPs: Dongdong(DD), Ledongli(LDL), and Gudong Yundong(GD). Then the tested students walk or run with the speed of 4 km/h, 6 km/h, 8 km/h, 10 km/h speed respectively for 5 minutes. meanwhile K4b2 is applied to measure the energy consumption. Results: ①LDL underestimates the actual energy consumption, GD overestimates the actual energy consumption, but both measurements are more stable than DD. ②For 4 km/h speed, the correlation coefficient between K4b2 and DD, LDL, GD are 0585,0552,0416 respectively, When speed goes up to 10 km/h, the correlation coefficients reaches 0828,0845,0796 respectively (P<001).③For all speeds(from slow to fast), the best consistency with K4b2 are DD, LDL, DD and GD respectively. Conclusion: Phone sports APPs are not appropriate to measure the energy consumption of the lowspeed movement. Although there are differences in different phone sports software to measure the energy consumption with different speed movement , they can still obtain reliable information of energy consumption. With so many phone sports APPs, users should select according to their actual needs.
