| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从制度学的视角对体育诚信问题进行理论探讨。指出正式制度对体育诚信具有规范作用，而非正式制度则发挥引导作用；我国体育诚信缺失问题既与体系的缺失与漏洞有关，又与非正式制度约束的软弱无力有关。要进一步构建我国的体育诚信体系，也需要从非正式制度和正式制度两方面着手：一方面，树立正确的体育价值观，改进体育道德教育，完善体育道德评价体系；另一方面，加强体育立法及其制度建设，完善体育竞赛规则，建立健全体育仲裁机制。 |

| Institutional Research on the Sports Integrity: Norms and Constraints |

| Abstract: |
| From the perspective of institutional theory, this paper discusses sports integrity based on the methods of literature and logical analysis. The results indicate that the formal institutions can standardize sports integrity, while the informal institutions play a guiding role; the deficiency of sports integrity in our country results from the lack and loopholes of formal institution, as well as the weakness of informal ones. To further construct sports integrity in China, we should focus on both of these two aspects. On the one hand, we must set up the correct sports values, improve the sports moral education, and optimize the sports moral evaluation; on the other hand, we must strengthen the construction of sports legislation and institution, improve the sports competition system, and establish wholesome mechanism of sports arbitration. |
