| 新质生产力作为符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态，为全民健身的高质量发展提供了重要的理论引导与实践遵循。为充分激发新质生产力对全民健身的赋能效益，围绕其理论内涵、技术基座、应用场景及实践进路展开剖析。认为，新质生产力赋能的全民健身兼具“新”与“质”的深刻内涵，并呈现出高科技、高效能、高质量的主要特征；新质生产力赋能全民健身的技术基座包括55G、云计算、大数据、物联网、区块链及元宇宙等关键技术，并延伸出具体的应用场景，可从宏观公共治理、中观活动组织、微观个人参与三个维度予以考察。提出，应以新发展理念为航向指引、以科技创新转化为智慧赋能、以基础设施建设夯实基础、以新型体育人才供给为支撑的实践进路，以助力体育强国建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| As an advanced productivity state in line with the new development concept, new productivity provides important theoretical guidance and practical follow-up for the high-quality development of national fitness. In order to fully stimulate the enabling benefits of new productivity to national fitness, this paper analyzes its theoretical connotation, technical base, application scenarios and practical approaches. It is believed that the national fitness empowering new productivity has the profound connotation of “new” and “quality”, and presents the main characteristics of high technology, high efficiency and high quality; the technology base of new productivity empowered by national fitness includes key technologies such as 55G, cloud computing, big data, Internet of things, blockchain and meta-universe, and extends specific application scenarios, which can be investigated from three dimensions: macro public governance, meso activity organization and micro individual participation. It is proposed that we should take the new development concept as the course guidance, transform scientific and technological innovation into intelligent empowerment, lay a solid foundation for infrastructure construction, and support the practical approach with the supply of new sports talents, so as to help the construction of a sports power. |
