| 在慢性病负担越来越重、健康治理迈向数字化阶段的大背景下，2024年我国启动了“体重管理年”行动，体重管理从个体健康提升为国家政策。“体重管理年”政策具有丰富的内涵和时代价值，其通过全生命周期健康管理、科技创新嵌入及社会支持性环境重构等，实现了公共卫生治理模式的重新构建、经济高质量发展动力的充分发挥、社会文明的深层变革、科技创新的全球引领和生态文明的协同增益，不仅为健康中国战略提供了制度创新的中国方案，也为全球健康治理现代化贡献了中国智慧。但政策实施还面临认知、技术、产业、国际及协同治理等方面的挑战，未来应着力构建立体化认知提升体系、技术治理伦理框架、产业治理新模式、立体化国际突破战略和现代治理赋能体系，以有效推进政策落地。 |

| The Era Value and Development Path of “Weight Management Year” |

| Abstract: |
| Under the background of the increasing burden of chronic diseases and the digital stage of health management, China launched the “ Weight Management Year” campaign in 2024, and weight management was upgraded from individual health to national policy. The policy of “Year of Weight Management” has rich connotation and value of the times. Through the whole life cycle health management, the embedding of scientific and technological innovation and the reconstruction of social supporting environment, it has realized the reconstruction of public health governance model, the full play of the driving force of high-quality economic development, the deep transformation of social civilization, the global guidance of scientific and technological innovation and the synergistic gain of ecological civilization. It not only provides a Chinese scheme of institutional innovation for the Healthy China strategy, but also contributes Chinese wisdom to the modernization of global health governance. However, policy implementation still faces challenges in terms of cognition, technology, industry, international and collaborative governance. In the future, efforts should be made to build a three-dimensional cognitive improvement system, an ethical framework for technological governance, a new model of industrial governance, a three-dimensional international breakthrough strategy and a modern governance empowerment system to effectively promote policy implementation. |
