| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，以乡村振兴战略的“五个振兴”为切入点，探究冰雪运动助力乡村振兴的内在机制、现实梗阻及推进路径。冰雪运动有助于推动乡村资源转化与产业链延伸拓展，促进乡村人才供给体系优化升级，改善乡村的精神风貌与文化生态，赋能乡村宜居宜人环境建设，打造乡村多元共治共享格局。但也存在空间维度上资源市场割裂与发展空间争夺，主体维度上人才供给失衡与文化冲突，制度维度上管理机制适配性不足与法律法规不完善，市场维度上消费黏性不足与品牌效应弱化等现实梗阻。基于此，提出应深化区域联动格局，推动产业布局统筹优化；健全人才支撑体系，促进文化深度融合；完善精准制度供给，强化法律法规保障；巩固消费市场留存率，塑造乡村冰雪品牌。 |

| The Internal Logic, Practical Obstacles, and Promotion Path of Ice and Snow Sports to Help Rural Revitalization |

| Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, taking the “five revitalizations” of the rural revitalization strategy as the starting point, this paper explores the internal mechanism, realistic obstruction and promotion path of ice and snow sports to help rural revitalization. It is believed that ice and snow sports are helpful to promote the transformation of rural resources and the extension of industrial chain, promote the optimization and upgrading of rural talent supply system, improve the spiritual outlook and cultural ecology of rural areas, empower the construction of livable and pleasant environment in rural areas, and create a pattern of rural multi-governance and sharing. However, there are also some practical obstacles, such as the fragmentation of resource market and the competition for development space in the spatial dimension, the imbalance of talent supply and cultural conflict in the main dimension, the lack of adaptability of management mechanism and the imperfect laws and regulations in the institutional dimension, the lack of consumption stickiness and the weakening of brand effect in the market dimension. Based on this, it is proposed to deepen the regional linkage pattern and promote the overall optimization of industrial layout; improve the talent support system and promote the deep integration of culture; improve the supply of precise systems and strengthen the protection of laws and regulations; consolidate the retention rate of the consumer market and shape the rural ice and snow brand. |
