| 借助人工智能技术的快速发展，电竞运动正逐步向智能化跃升，目前已经实现或即将实现训练、比赛和观赛等环节的多项辅助功能。然而，人工智能在驱动电竞运动发展的同时，也面临着相应的数据安全风险，如智能教练因遭受漏洞攻击而无法制定正确的战术策略和训练方案，智能裁判因遭受劫持攻击而无法收集有效证据并做出正确判罚等。面对这些风险，最为核心的因应之策是通过法律和政策的形式构建数据防护规则，通过存储备份、访问管理、监测预警等应对电竞数据的攻击风险，通过分级保护机制、安全治理框架和第三方安全服务应对电竞数据的泄漏风险，最终借助周严的电竞数据防护体系实现数据安全风险的全方位治理。 |

| Data Security Risks and Protective Rules Construction in the Context of Intelligentization of Esports |

| Abstract: |
| With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, esports is gradually advancing towards intelligence, and has already achieved or is about to achieve multiple auxiliary functions in training, competition and spectatorship. However, while AI is driving the development of esports, it also faces corresponding data security risks, such as intelligent coaches being unable to formulate correct tactical strategies and training plans due to vulnerability attacks, and intelligent referees being unable to collect valid evidence and make correct judgments due to hijacking attacks. In response to these risks, the most core solution is to build data protection rules through laws and policies, and to deal with the attack risks of esports data through storage backup, access management, monitoring and early warning, and to deal with the leakage risks of esports data through a hierarchical protection mechanism, a security governance framework and third-party security services. Ultimately, a comprehensive governance of data security risks is achieved through a strict e-sports data protection system. |
