| 全球化与逆全球化的博弈在世界范围内持续,曾代表鲜明地域文化的 Ultras球迷文化作为一种世界现象,既体现文化的本土转向也体现文化的全球化。对 Ultras球迷文化的研究,既可达到对地域性、本土性文化的追根溯源,还可实现全球化解读。采用文献资料法和访谈法对 Ultras足球球迷文化进行研究认为:①Ultras球迷文化起源于20世纪60年代的意大利,以小众、忠诚、狂热等特征示人,并随着历史文化演进逐渐具有激进含义,分化为 Ultr、UltraS和 ULTRAS三类诉求显著差异的群体;②Ultras足球球迷文化的诞生与二战后意大利的政治、经济、文化资源整合化发展息息相关,此类球迷组织一定程度上成为影响意大利乃至部分欧美国家发展进程的社会力量;③Ultras 足球球迷文化发展体现出政治工具化、商业化、激进化等价值异化趋势,对政治经济发展、意识形态走向等都产生一定影响;④我国已形成人数庞大的球迷群体,Ultras足球球迷文化也呈现出 “坚守” 与 “异化”两个发展倾向,应通过尊重问题诉求、拒绝越轨污名、强化球迷治理、加速本土根植、倡导正向价值、抵御激进渗透等措施保障我国球迷文化健康文明发展。 |

| Thegamebetweenglobalizationanddeglobalizationcontinuesaroundtheworld.Asaworld phenomenon,Ultrasfanculture,whichoncerepresenteddistinctregionalculture,reflectsboththe localturnofcultureandtheglobalizationofculture.ThestudyofUltrasfanculturecannotonlytrace theoriginofregionalandlocalculture,butalsorealizeglobalinterpretation.Byusingthemethodsof literatureandinterview,thispaperstudiesthecultureofUltrasfootballfans.Itisbelievedthat: ①UltrasfancultureoriginatedinItalyinthe1960s,characterizedbyitsniche,loyal,andferventnature.Overtime,withtheevolutionofhistoryandculture,itgraduallytookonamoreradicalmeaninganddivergedintothreedistinctgroupswithsignificantlydifferentdemands:Ultr,UltraS,and ULTRAS.②TheemergenceofUltrasfootballfancultureiscloselytiedtothepost-WorldWarIIintegrationofpolitical,economic,andculturalresourcesinItaly.Toacertainextent,suchfanorganizationshavebecomeasocialforceinfluencingthedevelopmentprocessofItalyandevensomeEuropeanandAmericancountries.③ThedevelopmentofUltrasfootballfanculturereflectstrendsofvalue alienation,suchaspoliticization,commercialization,andradicalization,exertingacertaininfluenceon politicalandeconomicdevelopmentaswellasideologicaldirections.④Chinahasalreadyformeda massivefanbase,andUltrasfootballfancultureisshowingtwodevelopmentaltendencies,“persistence”and“alienation”.ToensurethehealthyandcivilizeddevelopmentoffancultureinChina,measuresshouldbetaken,includingrespectingtheirconcernsanddemands,rejectingdeviantstigmatization,strengtheningfangovernance,acceleratinglocalintegration,promotingpositivevalues,andresistingradicalinfiltration. |
