数字技术已成为个体健身实践中的关键性资源。基于服务主导逻辑,运用质性研究方法探讨数字技术如何嵌入健身实践,进而引发价值共创和价值共毁的双重结果。发现,数字技术的嵌入显著拓展了健身活动在时间和空间上的边界,创造了功能性、情感性和社交性等多重维度的健身体验价值。数字技术通过赋权、联结和情境塑造等机制,有效促进了健身体验价值的创造。但数字技术所带来的强迫性压力与锻炼成瘾、信息错配与行为偏离、客观限制与期望悖离则会对健身体验价值产生破坏。在此基础上对在线健身服务提供商和健身者个人提出建议,以促进价值共创、避免价值共毁。 |

Value Co-creation and Value Co-destruction: Fitness Practices Embedded in Digital Technology |

Digital technology has become a key resource in individual fitness practice. Based on the service-dominant logic, this paper uses qualitative research methods to explore how digital technology is embedded in fitness practice, which leads to the dual results of value co-creation and value co-de struction. It is found that the embedding of digital technology significantly expands the boundary of fitness activities in time and space, and creates the value of fitness experience in multiple dimensions such as functionality, emotion and sociability. Digital technology has effectively promoted the creation of fitness experience value through mechanisms such as empowerment, connection and situational sha ping. However, the compulsive pressure and exercise addiction brought by digital technology, infor mation mismatch and behavior deviation, objective restriction and expectation deviation will destroy the value of fitness experience. On this basis, suggestions are made for online fitness service providers and fitness individuals to promote value co-creation and avoid value co-destruction. |
