| 选配合适的足球运动员是组建一支高绩效国家足球队的重点，基于多准则决策（MCDM），使用熵权法、K-means聚类算法以及TOPSIS分析法等多种工具对球员进行综合评价与分类。结果表明，中场和后场的球员排名靠前，与中、后场联系紧密的前场球员也表现较好；替换球员排名通常靠后，但替换下场球员整体排名优于替补上场球员；球员的排名也取决于球队整体传接球路线和进攻路径的选择。通过社会网络分析指标与传统技战术指标相结合，采用多准则决策法，教练团队可以更加有效选择运动员，可根据球队与对手的风格选择与调换球员，最大限度发挥球员间的互补性，提升球队协作能力。 |

| Research on the Allocation Strategy of National Football Team Based on Multi-criteria Decision-Making |

| Abstract: |
| Selecting suitable football players is the focus of forming a high-performance national football team. Based on Multi-criteria Decision-Making (MCDM), entropy weight method, K-means clustering algorithm and TOPSIS analysis method are used to comprehensively evaluate and classify players. The results show that the players in the midfield and backcourt are ranked top, and the front players who are closely related to the midfield and backcourt also perform well. Replacement players are usually ranked lower, but the overall ranking of replacement players off the field is better than replacement players on the field; the ranking of players also depends on the choice of the team’s overall passing route and offensive path. Through the combination of social network analysis indicators and traditional technical and tactical indicators, coaches can choose athletes more effectively by using the MCDM method. Players can be selected and exchanged according to the style of the team and opponents, so as to maximize the complementarity between players and improve the team’s cooperation ability. |
