为素养而教:体育大单元教学的内涵与架构

摘要:
《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022版)》明确提出将体育大单元教学设计作为引领教学变革的重要引擎,以促进学生体育素养的发展。认为,体育大单元教学是在整体思维的指导下,以培育体育核心素养为目标,教学组织者对体育课程资源进行创造性的优化与重组,构成“问题链”“目标链”与“任务链”,并将优化后的内容整合成18学时及以上相对系统和完整的教学过程。体育大单元教学具有整体性、境脉性与进阶性三大特征,提供了体育大学科观形成的教学锚点,帮助学生发展运动专家思维;深描了体育素养生成的情景结构,帮助学生完成能力进化。其教学架构的具体操作包括:遵循运动能力发展规律,创建学期大单元的学科主题与核算课时;聚焦学业质量,制定与核心素养相匹配的体育学习目标;注重真实性运动情景,架构核心素养达成度的评价任务;以“学—练—赛”为抓手,构建进阶性的体育学习过程;结合学生认知发展序列,设计迁移性的学后反思支架。

Teaching for Literacy: The Connotation and Structure of Large Unit Teaching of Physical Education

Abstract:
The Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition) clearly proposes to use the large unit teaching design of physical education as an important engine to lead the teaching reform, so as to promote the development of students’ physical literacy. It is believed that the large unit teaching of physical education is under the guidance of the overall thinking, with the goal of cultivating the core quality of physical education. The teaching organizers creatively optimize and reorganize the physical education curriculum resources to form “problem chain”, “goal chain” and “task chain”, and integrate the optimized content into a relatively systematic and complete the process of 18 teaching hours and above. The large unit teaching of physical education has three characteristics: integrity, context and progression, which provides the teaching anchor point for the formation of the large subject view of physical education and helps the students develop the thinking of sports experts; it deeply describes the situational structure of sports literacy generation and helps students complete the evolution of ability. The specific operation of its teaching structure includes: following the law of sports ability development, creating the subject theme and accounting teaching hours of the large unit of the semester; focusing on academic quality and formulate physical education learning goals that match core literacy; paying attention to the real sports situation, and constructing the evaluation task of the achievement degree of core literacy; taking “learning-practicing-competition” as the starting point to construct an advanced physical education learning process; combining with the sequence of students’ cognitive development, a migratory post-school reflection scaffold is designed.
