基于OBE理念的体育院校教学质量监测体系构建与实施

摘要:
运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,在OBE理念指导下阐释高等体育院校教育质量监测的内涵,并对体育院校教学质量监测现状进行分析。指出,目前我国体育院校教学质量监测已建立校院两级或校、院(系)、教研室三级的内部质量监测体系,逐步重视外部质量监测;但存在教学质量监测水平参差不齐,教学质量监测体系有待完善,内外部监测发展不平衡,数字化监测水平不高,不能很好凸显体育学科特点等问题。以问题为导向,构建多元全程全方位质量监测的理论模型,并在此模型指导下完善“两查七评三维反馈”的教学质量监测体系,并解析内外部教学质量监测协调并重以及完善教学质量管理和运行的路径,旨在促进体育院校教学质量监测发展和教育教学水平提升。

Construction and Implementation of Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Physical Education Universities and Colleges Based on OBE Concept

Abstract:
Using the method of literature and logical analysis, under the guidance of OBE concept, this paper explains the connotation of education quality monitoring in higher physical education universities and colleges, and analyzes the current situation of teaching quality monitoring in higher physical education universities and colleges. It is pointed out that the internal quality monitoring system at the two levels of the university and college or at the three levels of the college, department, teaching and research section has been established in the teaching quality monitoring of China’s higher physical education universities and colleges, and the external quality monitoring has been gradually attached importance; however, there are problems such as uneven monitoring level of teaching quality, imperfect teaching quality assurance system, unbalanced development of internal and external monitoring, low level of digital monitoring, and inability to highlight the characteristics of sports discipline. Guided by the problem, this paper constructs a theoretical model of multiple, all- process and all-around quality monitoring, improve the teaching quality assurance system of “two checks, seven comments and three-dimensional feedback” under the guidance of this model, and analyzes the coordination of internal and external teaching quality monitoring and the path of improving teaching quality management and operation, aiming at promoting the development of teaching quality monitoring and the improvement of education and teaching level in sports universities and colleges.
