社会体育指导与管理专业应用型人才培养体系构建与实践——基于教学质量国家标准与OBE理念

摘要:
运用文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法,在阐释《高等学校体育学类本科专业类教学质量国家标准》价值内涵、OBE理念实施要求的基础上,基于社会体育指导与管理专业面临的现实困境和“双万计划”的启示,探寻该专业发展及人才培养新出路。对取得社会体育指导与管理专业一流建设点的10所体育院校进行实地调研,归纳出其共性特征。从服务全民健身高质量发展、幼儿体育、老年体育、“体育+”等维度分析新时代社会体育指导与管理人才的新需求,提出“一种理念、两个面向、三个结合、四条路径”的人才培养新体系。总结国家一流专业建设点的经验认为,其从反向设计人才培养目标链、构建质量监控闭环系统和持续优化人才培养方案、重塑专业群、重塑实践教学4个方面反复实践,人才培养效果良好,为推动社会体育指导与管理专业发展及培养适应社会需求的以体育为内核的跨界复合应用型社会体育人才提供借鉴。

Construction and Practice of Application-oriented Talents Cultivation System for Social Sports Guidance and Management Major——Based on the National Standard of Teaching Quality and OBE Concept

Abstract:
By using the methods of literature, field investigation and logical analysis, on the basis of explaining the value connotation of National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Physical Education in Colleges and Universities and the implementation requirements of OBE concept, based on the practical difficulties faced by social sports guidance and management major and the enlightenment of “Double Ten Thousand Plan”, this paper explores the new way of professional development and personnel training. Conduct field research on 10 sports colleges and universities that have achieved first-class construction points of social sports guidance and management major, and summarize their common characteristics. This paper analyzes the new needs of social sports guidance and management talents in the new era from the dimensions of serving the high-quality development of national fitness, children’s sports, elderly sports and “sports +”, and puts forward a new talent training system of “one-concept, two-orientations, three-combinations and four-paths”. By summarizing the experience of national first-class professional construction points, it is believed that it has been repeatedly practiced from four aspects: reverse design of talent training target chain, construction of quality monitoring closed-loop system and continuous optimization of talent training program, reshaping of professional group and reshaping of practical teaching. The training effect is good, which provides reference for promoting the development of social sports guidance and management major and cultivating cross-border composite applied social sports talents with sports as the core to meet social needs.
