| 构建 “双循环”新发展格局,是党中央为适应国内国际经济发展形势而做出的重要战略抉择,对实现体育产业高质量发展具有重大指导意义。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,以 “双循环”新发展格局为研究背景,探讨体育产业高质量发展的价值内涵、机遇挑战和治理路径。认为:“双循环” 赋予了体育产业在市场主体培育、消费引领、全民健身、乡村振兴等方面新的时代内涵,扩展了体育产业的经济、社会价值。“双循环”新发展格局下,体育产业面临时代机遇、战略机遇、发展机遇, 同时也面临着国内市场主体建设不强、消费潜力释放有限,国际产业分工不合理、品牌影响力不足等一系列现实挑战,亟待推动体育产业供给侧结构性改革与需求侧管理相结合,缓解发展矛盾。在路径实施层面,提出体育产业应明确治理主体、完善治理手段、优化治理结构、落实治理战略,通过构筑系统化的治理体系,推动产业高质量发展。 |

| Building a new development pattern of “double circulation” is an important strategic choice made by the Party Central Committee to adapt to the domestic and international economic development situation, and has great guiding significance for achieving high-quality development of the sports industry. Using the literature method and the expert interview method, taking the new development pattern of “double circulation” as the research background, the value connotation, opportunities and challenges and governance paths of the high-quality development of the sports industry are discussed. It is believed that the “double cycle” endows the sports industry with a new era connotation in market subject cultivation, consumption guidance, national fitness and rural revitalization, and expands the economic and social value of the sports industry. Under the new development pattern of “double circulation”, sports industry is facing the opportunities of the times, opportunities of strategy and opportunities of development, but also facing the challenges of insufficient domestic market main body construction, limited release consumption potential, unbalanced international industry division of labor and insufficient brand influence and a series of practical challenges. It is urgent to promote the sports industry supply side structural reform and demand side management and alleviate the development contradiction. At the level of path implementation, it is proposed that the sports industry should clarify the main body of governance, improve the means of governance, optimize the structure of governance, implement the strategy of governance, and promote the high-quality development of the industry by building a systematic governance system. |
