| 摘要: |
| 平昌冬奥会建立了“低碳绿色奥运”“守护自然”“创造美好生活”“自豪的传统与文化”“平昌全球化”五大主题的可持续发展管理体系，并取得了巨大成功。通过介绍平昌冬奥会可持续发展管理的总体思想与具体战略内容，以及围绕五大主题的实践举措，为我国做好2022年北京冬奥会筹办工作提供借鉴。提出，要将冬奥会战略规划融入国家绿色发展战略；积极探索有中国特色的冬奥会可持续发展方案；努力构建科学的可持续发展管理体系；建立动态的可持续发展管理机制；参照并执行国际赛事管理标准，提高管理的科学性和规范性；学习国外先进经验，深化交流合作，提升可持续发展管理水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games has established a sustainable development management system with five themes of “low carbon green Olympics”, “protecting nature”, “creating a better life”, “proud tradition and culture” and “Pyeongchang globalization”, which has achieved great success. This paper introduces the general idea and specific strategic content of the sustainable development management of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games, as well as the practical measures on the five themes, so as to provide reference for China’s preparation for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. It is proposed that the strategic planning of the Winter Olympic Games should be integrated into the national green development strategy; Actively explore the sustainable development plan of the Winter Olympic Games with Chinese characteristics; Strive to build a scientific sustainable development management system; Establish dynamic sustainable development management mechanism; Refer to and implement the international competition management standards, improve the scientific and normative management; Learn from foreign advanced experience, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and improve the management level of sustainable development. |
