| 随着我国体育职业化进程的不断深入，国家利益、俱乐部利益和运动员个人利益的博弈和冲突不断升级，国家队文化建设面临着职业运动员参与积极性下降、集体荣誉感消解、身份归属感弱化等问题，其实质是陷入了“共同体精神”离散化的困境。要突破这种困境，关键在于重塑职业运动员国家认同，而荣誉治理是国家认同重塑的内生动力。新时期职业运动员国家认同的再造须通过重建国家队公共空间、完善体育表彰和奖励政策体系、传承中华传统体育精神、开创多元主体协同共治格局、深化体育荣誉治理实践等路径全方位展开。 |

| With the deepening of the professionalization of sports in China, the competition and conflict among interests of nation, club and athletes are escalating. The cultural construction of the national team is faced with the problems such as the decline of professional athletes’ enthusiasm for participation, the digestion of collective sense of honor and the weakening of the sense of identity. Its essence is that it has fallen into the dilemma of discretization of “community spirit”. To break through this dilemma, the key is to reshape the national identity of professional athletes, and honor governance is the endogenous power of reshaping national identity. In the new era, the reconstruction of national identity of professional athletes should be carried out by reconstructing the public space of the national team, improving the sports commendation and reward policy system, inheriting the Chinese traditional sports spirit, creating a pattern of multi subject collaborative governance, and deepening the practice of sports honor governance. |
