体育教师被污名化:现实困境与身份认同

摘要:
采用文献资料和逻辑论证等研究方法,对体育教师被污名化现象进行分析,认为体育教师被污名化主要表现为道德形象、专业身份、自我认同和社会认同4个方面,进而从破坏性评议、负面性型塑、强制性施压和结构性偏见等角度,就污名化对体育教师专业成长的负面影响进行阐释。认为,体育教师被污名化源于当代社会的信任危机以及学校体育的异化,且有显著的“泛污名化”特征。在此基础上提出,体育教师需要从行为自律、专业自觉、关系自为3个方面来构建身份认同,满足社会对体育教师的身份期待。

Stigmatization on PE. Teachers: Realistic Dilemma and Identity

Abstract:
By using the methods of literature review and logical argumentation, this paper analyzes the current situation of stigmatization on PE. teachers. It holds that stigmatization on PE. teachers are mainly manifested in four aspects: moral image, professional identity, selfidentity and social identity. Then from the perspectives of destructive evaluation, negative shaping, mandatory pressure and structural bias, it explains negative impacts of stigmatization on the professional growth of PE. teachers. It is believed that stigmatization on PE. teachers stems from the trust crisis of contemporary society and the alienation of school PE, which is vague and general. On this basis, it is proposed that PE. teachers should construct their identity from three aspects: selfdiscipline of behavior, selfconsciousness of profession and selfreliance of relationship so as to meet the social expectation of PE. teachers’ identity.
