| 运用文献资料法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法，对西安的体育赛事发展问题进行分析。认为体育赛事作为城市名片，具有展示城市文化、拉动经济增长等多方面的价值，西安作为丝路起点城市，大力发展体育赛事具有更为积极的意义。“一带一路”合作倡议深入推进实施带来的城市经济发展、产业结构升级、对外开放扩大，是西安市发展体育赛事的良好机遇；但是体育赛事基础薄弱、数量不多、质量不高，“一带一路”体育赛事不够成熟，体育赛事与“一带一路”价值融合不够等问题也需要正视和解决。建议西安市实施内培外引战略，建设体育赛事名城；与旅游深度融合，打造体育消费之城；与“一带一路”沿线城市开展赛事互通，建设体育活力之城。 |

| Opportunities, Difficulties and Solutions of Xi’an Sports Events under the Background of “The Belt and Road Initiative” |

| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the development of sports events in Xi’an by using the methods of literature, data statistics and logical analysis. As a city card, sports events have the value of displaying city culture, stimulating economic growth and other aspects. As the starting city of the Silk Road, Xi’an has a more positive significance in vigorously developing sports events. The Belt and Road Initiative has further promoted the implementation of the city’s economic development, industrial structure upgrading and opening up to the outside world, which is a good opportunity for Xi’an to develop sports events. However, there are some problems also need to be faced up to and solved, such as the foundation of sport events is weak, the quantity is not large and the quality is not high, the Belt and Road Initiative sport events are immature, the value integration between sport events and the Belt and Road Initiative is not enough. It is suggested that Xi’an should carry out the strategy of internal training and external introduction, build a famous city of sports events, deeply integrate with tourism, build a city of sports consumption, and carry out sports competitions to build a city with sport vitality. |
