河北省冰雪运动文化推广策略研究

摘要:
采用文献资料法、对比分析法与实地调查法,在对冰雪运动文化进行概念界定的基础上,对河北省冰雪运动文化进行研究。认为,河北省的冰雪运动文化具有资源禀赋与文化积淀的地域性特征、生命完善与精神追求的人本性特征、与历史民俗旅游紧密结合的融合性特征、极具满族文化风情的民族性特征。以2022年冬奥会为契机,河北省的冰雪运动文化得以快速发展,但是还存在精神文化缺失,物质基础薄弱,制度文化不健全,竞技人才匮乏、群众影响力小等不足。指出,政府应提高重视程度,通过借助新媒体平台和打造文化品牌等措施,进一步加强河北省冰雪运动文化的建设和推广。

Abstract:
Based on defining winter sports culture, this paper studies the winter sports culture in Hebei province by methods of literature, comparative analysis and field investigation. It is believed that the winter sports culture in Hebei province has the regional characteristics of resource endowment and cultural accumulation, the human nature characteristics of life perfection and spiritual pursuit, the integration characteristics of close combination with historical folk tourism and the national characteristics of Manchu culture. Taking the 2022 Winter Olympics as an opportunity, the winter sports culture in Hebei province has been developing rapidly, but there are still deficiencies such as lack of competitive talent, and little influence of the masses. It is pointed out that the government should pay more attention to the construction and promotion of winter sports culture in Hebei province by means of new media platforms and culture brands.
