通过查阅文献、对相关领域专家和一线足球教师访谈等方式,初步筛选了中学足球教师课堂教学能力的评价指标。然后,运用德尔菲法确定了中学足球教师课堂教学能力评价指标体系。运用层次分析法计算出各指标的权重。最后,运用模糊综合评价对滁州市滁州中学足球教师的课堂教学能力进行实证评判。研究发现,中学足球教师课堂教学能力能够进行评价,所构建的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和良好的可操作性。 |

Abstract: |
By consulting literature, interviewing experts in relevant fields and firstline football teachers, the evaluation index of middle school football teachers’ classroom teaching ability is preliminarily screened. Then, the Delphi method is used to determine the evaluation index system of middle school football teachers’ classroom teaching ability. The weight of each index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process. Finally, this paper evaluates the classroom teaching ability of Chuzhou middle school football teachers by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The research finds that the classroom teaching ability of middle school football teachers can be evaluated, and the evaluation index system constructed has certain scientificity and good operability. |
