| 我国篮球联赛职业化改革的步伐逐步加快，改革的力度日益加大，改革的内容也日趋纵深。通过对CBA联赛改革历程的梳理和解析，把握其发展的内在规律；并通过与NBA的横向比较，指出两者在文化核心价值观念、管理体制、经营理念和运营方式上存在差异，我们在借鉴NBA发展经验的同时，不能完全复制其发展模式，而是要立足于我国的经济发展环境、篮球发展水平、媒体的本土化特征和管理体制机制，反复讨论，充分论证，稳步推进 |

| Reflection on the Comprehensive Deepening Reform of CBA League |

| Abstract: |
| The pace of professional reform in China’s basketball league has been gradually accelerated, with an increasing reform efforts and expanding reform contents. Chronic analysis of the CBA league reform is made in this study to grasp the inherent regularities of its development; the horizontal comparison with NBA is also made to point out the differences in core cultural values, management systems, business philosophy and operational mode between CBA and NBA. The experience of NBA development can only be learned rather than a complete copy from its development mode. Based on China’s economic development environment, the level of basketball development, the localized characteristics of the media and management mechanism, repeated discussion and full argumentation need to be done to make steady progress for the development of CBA. |
