| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对罗格与巴赫的奥林匹克改革思想进行梳理性研究。认为，一方面，二人的奥林匹克改革思想有一定的相似性、重合性与承继性，如维护诚信的奥林匹克原则、倡导节俭的奥林匹克办赛思路、重视青少年教育的奥林匹克理念、注重可持续的奥林匹克发展观；另一方面，巴赫的改革方略中出现了不少耳目一新的新举措，体现在对申办模式的重塑、设项规则的更新及治理理念的完善。二人的奥林匹克改革思想具有重要的时代价值，是引导奥林匹克运动乘风破浪、顺利前行的重要保障，也是奥林匹克思想体系的重要内容与宝贵财富 |

| The article analyzes and combs out Olympic reform ideas of Rogge and Bach by using literature and logical analysis. On the one hand, their Olympic reform ideas have certain similarity, repeatability,and inheritances, such as maintaining the Olympic principle of integrity, advocating frugal Olympic competing concept, emphasizing Olympic philosophy in youth education, focusing on sustainable Olympics development concept; on the other hand, in the reform strategy in Bach there are many new refreshing and initiative measures, which is reflected in the reconstruction of bidding mode, updating of event setting and improving governance concept. Both of their Olympic reform ideas have important era value, and an important guarantee for the Olympic Movement to grow and develop smoothly, and also an important content and treasure in the Olympic ideology |
