| 运用文献资料法和案例分析法，对体育法治全球化问题进行研究。在简要介绍相关概念的基础上指出，反兴奋剂全球化和国际体育仲裁是体育法治全球化的工作重心；为适应全球化形势，世界反兴奋剂机构和国际体育仲裁法庭针对自身问题不断改革、探索与自我完善，有力推动了体育法治全球化理论与实践的深入发展。认为，欲实现体育法治全球化，需要进一步完善国际体育领域法律，逐步形成“全球体育法”；各相关机构加强合作，优化结构，在更广泛的领域发挥更大作用；国际体育领域主体与法律相互促进，共同优化；注重发挥教育等其他辅助方法的作用。我国也应在积极配合国际体育仲裁的基础上，积极借鉴其先进经验，推动我国体育法治事业蓬勃发展 |

| A Typical Example and Its realization Path of the Globalization of Sports Nomocracy |

| Abstract: |
| By methods of literature and case analysis, this article studies the problem of the globalization of sports nomocracy. On the basis of a brief introduction of the related concept, it points out that antidoping globalization and international sports arbitration are the working centre of the globalization of sports nomocracy. In order to adapt to the trend of globalization, the World Anti Doping Agency and the International Court of Sport Arbitration continuously reform against their own problems, and through exploration and self consummation, and enhance further development of the theories and practice of the sports nomocracy globalization. It is proposed that in order to realize the sports nomocracy globalization, to further improve laws in the field of international sports is necessary, and thus gradually build up a Global Sports Law; the relevant agencies should strengthen cooperation, optimize the structure to play a greater role in wider areas; mutual promotion and common optimization should be done between international sports laws and main bodies; education and other auxiliary methods should be emphasized. China should also actively learn from overseas advanced experience, and promote the prosperity of China’s sports nomocracy on the basis of coordination with international sports arbitration |
