| 运用文献资料和比较分析等方法，对NBA篮球主教练的成长特征进行研究。研究表明：NBA优秀主教练平均年龄为53岁，50—60岁是其执教生涯的黄金时期；NBA主教练的平均执教时间为7年；NBA主教练大多出身于篮球运动员，或者从事过与篮球运动有关的工作；NBA主教练在球员时期大多打后卫位置，在球队以角色球员和边缘球员为主；NBA主教练全部都接受过高等教育，其大学所学专业主要为人文科学类；NBA主教练主要来源于助理教练。 |

| Using methods of literature and comparative analysis, this article studies the characteristics of the process of NBA basketball head coaches’ career development. This study suggests that: the average age of NBA elite head coaches is 53, the ages between 50 and 60 are the golden ages of coaching career; the average coaching duration lasts for seven years; NBA head coaches were mostly earlier basketball players, or engaged in basketballrelated works before; NBA head coaches mostly played the guard position as role players and marginalized players during their player career; all NBA head coaches have received higher education, and they were mainly majored in humanities ; the main source of NBA head coaches is assistant coaches. |
