| 体育治理是多元主体共同管理体育公共事务的过程。体育治理应以善治为价值导向，实现体育公共利益的最大化。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对善治导向下的体育治理含义进行探讨。认为：作为善治的体育治理就是形成高效、公平、自由、有序的体育秩序新格局；高效，即提供有效、便捷的公共体育服务；公平，即体现政府、组织和个人等相关者的体育利益平衡；自由，即形成包容、互动、和谐的体育治理环境；有序，即法治，建立规范、健全的体育治理制度 |

| Analysis of Sports Governance as Good Governance |

| Abstract: |
| Sports governance is the process of coadministrating public sports affairs by multiple subjects. Sports governance is to maximize the public interest of sports with the orientation of good governance. Using methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper discusses the connotation of sports governance as good governance. It is proposed that sports governance as good governance, aims to establish a new pattern of sports order with efficiency, equity, freedom and order. Efficiency is to provide effective and convenient public sports service; equity is to embody the balance of sports interests of stakeholders such as government, organization and individuals; freedom is to form inclusive, interactive, harmonious environment for sports governance; order means the rule of law, its aim is to establish a standardized and sound system of sports governance |
